Meade , Maryland .

Adam sat down with PULSEOnline to further describe IncrediTek's offerings:

1. Please give us a brief history of Increditek, Inc. and how it fully understands the challenges facing service providers today by offering an end-to-end solution for central office engineer, furnish and install (EF&I) services.

IncrediTek was formed in 2005 with the support of Martin O'Callaghan, Jason Unkle and Brian Eisenhuth. Our niche was simple; provide faster deployment for new services on existing networks. In most cases these services were same day or next day. We were able to maintain extremely high quality and exceed every expected due date. Also, by keeping overhead low we found our service offering could be offered at lower rates while meeting our internal business objectives.  This model put us in a position to take larger projects and begin to diversify our revenue with multiple clients and expand the product inventory. If you hold the inventory for the long-lead items and have a competitive service offering you stand a good chance of doing the project.

2. Give us an overview of the Supply Chain Management and System Implementation services that Increditek provides.

It's no secret most products are now manufactured overseas.  We made it clear we were willing to take the risk to stock the long-lead items to support the emergency requirements of the network. By keeping them this side of customs we put ourselves in a position to be considered for the build.

3. As a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), tell our readers how this program has provided you with additional opportunities .

We created a valuable service solution first and strived to prove our value to the customer. Being certified as a Disabled Veteran Business opened the doors to Supply Chain Management.

4. Tell us the value you gain from your TIA membership.

The personal and professional relationships we form with other TIA members.
