Monica Eisinger is the founder of MIND CTI Ltd. and has been president, chairman and chief executive officer of MIND since its inception. Prior to founding MIND, Monica served as an information systems consultant directing more than 40 projects. Monica holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and a Masters Degree in Telecommunications (with expertise in Voice and Data Integration over the Ethernet) from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
She spoke with TIA Network staff to tell us more about Sentori.

Please describe Sentori/MIND’s solutions for the various markets (Wireless, IP/Broadband, Wireline) they serve.
TMIND offers service providers two options to meet the new challenges of today’s communications markets. First, MIND provides a solution for existing and new carriers deploying new broadband technologies as well as traditional services. This solution offers operators owning existing legacy billing systems a clear and risk-free migration path from the old system to the new end-to-end convergent billing and customer care solution. Second, new operators can benefit from our “pay-as-you-grow” business model, reducing the total cost of ownership, shortening deployment time, thus ensuring fast return on investment.
In addition, we offer mobile, broadband and nextgen providers the MIND-iPhonEX SES, our Service Enabling System, which allows operators to deploy new IP-based voice, data, video and content services for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers. MIND CTI recently acquired a UK-Based Company, Omni Consulting Company Limited (Trading as Abacus Billing). Please tell us more about this acquisition.
Omni Consulting Company Limited (Abacus Billing) is UK’s leading provider of managed services for customer care and billing solutions to telecommunications carriers and large resellers, as well as a leader in the field in information and billing for utility-smart metering. Omni provides billing and customer care software solutions in a service bureau mode, mainly to European carriers that require complex solutions, with a strong convergent offering and using Web-enabled daily reporting and billing. Omni is based in the London metro area, and has more than 30 employees and a unique and extremely strong methodology for its outsourced offering, supported by regulatory accreditations from UK’s Ofcom and Reg-TP of Germany.
This acquisition extends our managed service offering, strengthens the joint team between the two companies and expands our European presence.
