Big Week on the Hill Highlighted by Internet Tax Ban
A week of ICT-favorable votes and markups on the Hill was highlighted by the unanimous passage of the Internet Tax Freedom Act of 2007. The House moved rapidly to pass the latest version of the bill by a vote of 402-0. The bill would extend the moratorium on Internet access taxes through November 2014. More >>

Good legislation can stimulate the market if, like some of the legislation in the news this week, it increases the number of choices for consumers and providers alike.
