How is Suncall America, Inc., addressing current trends in the industry? Is the current economic environment affecting your company, and what are you doing to address the challenges?
Suncall America, Inc., continually monitors the market for new technologies. Advancements to the data center market for our area of business have been focused on density within the fiber panel. We continually address new ways to improve the form and function of a configured equipment panel. We have little effect on the overall market. The current trend in market decline for the United States has had an effect on our overall business. We continue to develop ways to address the changes and are confident in our ability to continue to grow within the data center market.
Tell our readers about new initiatives that Suncall America, Inc., has taken that may be of interest to our readers.
Suncall most recently released adapter technology that compensates adapter movement within the equipment panel. This patented technology allows the incorporation of flangeless adapters into a panel without the unwanted “chatter” commonly associated with a flangeless adapter installed in a panel.
Flangeless adapters allow for higher pair mating within a fixed panel increasing pair counts.
Suncall additionally addressed the data center density issues with the introduction of a duplex connector that requires less space and may be used with improved less obstructive cable allowing for improved air flow and reductions in heat build up within the equipment panel.
Please tell us the value you gain from your TIA membership.
